Building CogniFlow in the open, and the problem underneath every version of it: what a webcam can honestly claim to know about your attention.

CogniFlow watches a face through a laptop camera and tries to say something true about focus. Most of the engineering has turned out to be working out which of those claims survive contact with the literature, and removing the ones that do not.
