A local agent that reads my projects, remembers decisions and answers out loud. Built in the open, including the days it was quietly doing nothing.
Raya runs on my laptop, reads 29 repositories, writes patches in isolated worktrees and talks back. This is the log of building it, kept mostly because the failures were more instructive than the features.
